Old, tired, uncomfortable.

The place is beautiful and has a nice old-world charm to it. They upgraded me to an apartment. Their restaurant is cosy, beautiful and serves quality food.Kitchen in the apartment was properly equipped too.

They should keep salt and pepper sachets in the kitchen.Try to give water in glass jars etc. Currently, they give plastic bottles. Admittedly, the bottles are made of recycled plastic. Still.

Loved the location,room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the view was beautiful.

The ambience and old world style, especially the tavern.

The rooms are dated and need updating. Functional but needing update.

Good sized unit, plenty of room , excellent place if you were staying a week .Good restaurant on site with good food and cosy .

Tap water undrinkable , but excellent supply of bottled water.

Close to the historical site we were visiting and great Lake view from our window. It was very clean and comfortable. We ate in the restuarant and it was very good.

The accommodation was a bit dated but provided what we needed.

Opening for breakfast would be a good idea. Would be more pleasant if the room had wet bar/bathroom in separate areas.

The bed was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. Room was clean and quite spacious.

The single powerpoint in the little kitchen area was a bit tricky when trying to prepare breakfast. The food in the restaurant was very overpriced and disappointing. I didn't even eat the beetroot salad I ordered.....hard to mess up a simple salad.

We had no water.Which was very inconvenient.So couldn’t shower till they fixed it

The location to Port Arthur is perfect. Great pub meals.Excellent customer service.

Great spot. Was a motel looking room from the outside but opened into a very spacious and modern room with a great view of the water from the room.Had dinner in the restaurant, food was good and staff very friendly.
